Spoken AV Solutions is run by Diego Garzón, an audio engineer whose career has been built inside cruise-line entertainment — twelve years with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), including ten as Production Audio / Head of Sound for NCLH new-builds, since 2016.
Spoken AV Solutions is based in Cádiz, Spain, and works as an engineering and integration partner for AV systems that have to perform every night, in front of a live audience, with no second take.
Mission
We close the gap the generic AV vendor leaves behind.
Most AV vendors deliver a tuned system, a generic playback rig, and standard racks — and stop there. When the production and creative teams load in the shows, the gap appears: the system isn't tuned to what the show needs, the racks lack equipment and show functionality, and no one owns the difference.
Spoken AV Solutions is the bridge between the generalist AV vendor and the production and creative teams — going deeper on each show's technical requirements than a generalist ever will, and speaking both languages fluently. We hold the vendor to the standard the show demands, acting as the cruise line's superintendent, and hand over a system that's ready to perform on opening night — not one that's merely installed.
